Editorial Office:

The journal’s editorial office works directly with article authors and does not cooperate with agencies providing services to authors for publishing the results of their scientific research.

The editorial office undertakes to make prompt decisions when unethical behavior by authors, editors, and reviewers is identified. Unethical behavior by authors includes falsification of authorship composition, publication of pseudoscientific texts, their fabrication and falsification, citation manipulation, improper appropriation (plagiarism), and simultaneous submission of the same material to other publications.

If unethical behavior of author(s) is identified during manuscript review or pre-publication preparation, the editorial office has the right to withdraw the manuscript from further consideration and terminate cooperation with the author. If unethical behavior is identified after publication of the article (such as duplicate publication, copyright infringement, plagiarism, etc.), the editorial office has the right to decide on retraction (removal, withdrawal) of the article both from the journal’s website and from archiving and indexing databases, and to inform other journals (where the article may have been published simultaneously) about the author(s)’ unethical conduct.

The editorial office undertakes not to make unjustified decisions on publication cancellation (retraction), unless serious problems related to the publication (unethical behavior by the author) are discovered.

Unethical behavior of reviewers and journal editors includes transferring article texts to other journals without authors’ consent, passing authors’ materials to third parties, violating copyright, breaching the confidentiality of editorial processes, as well as supporting materials due to conflicts of interest arising from competitive, collaborative, or other relationships with authors and organizations connected to the manuscript.

In case of complaints regarding reviewed manuscripts or published materials, the editorial board undertakes to take appropriate measures: first, the article author is requested to provide clarifications. An investigation is conducted only if an unsatisfactory response is received from the author.

Possible cases of violations of ethical standards by authors, editors, and reviewers not specified above will be resolved based on the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE, Promoting integrity in scholarly research and its publication | COPE: Committee on Publication Ethics).

The editorial office provides the chief editor, members of the editorial board, and reviewers with the opportunity to publish in the journal, but they may not use their position for advantage.
